Refund Policy

Starter & Growth Tiers (One-Time Projects)

• Before work begins: Full refund within 14 days of payment if no work has started.
• During discovery phase: 75% refund if cancelled within the first week of engagement (before design begins).
• During production: No refund for work already completed. Remaining undelivered scope is refunded at the proportional rate.
• After delivery: No refund. Revisions are included per the original proposal (typically 2 rounds).

Scale Retainer (Monthly)

• 3-month minimum: No refund during the initial 3-month commitment period.
• After minimum period: Cancel with 30 days written notice. No refund for the current billing period.
• Unused hours: Roll over within the same month only. Unused hours do not carry to future months.

Third-Party Costs

Ad spend, influencer payments, software licenses, and other third-party costs are non-refundable. These are paid directly to providers on your behalf and are not retained by AYIRAVI.

How to Request a Refund

Email hello@ayira.xyz with your project name and reason for refund. We respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed within 14 business days to the original payment method.

Disputes

If you believe a refund decision was made in error, you may request a review by providing additional context. We aim to resolve all disputes fairly and promptly.
